Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome Owners and guests, explain villa features, and help plan activities that create memorable vacations.

You will handle arrivals, provide information about amenities and local attractions, and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into villas and explains amenities, hours of operation, and local attractions.
• Answers telephone calls and routes to proper department as applicable.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on property or location.
• Follows up with Owners/guests to ensure requests are met to their satisfaction.
