Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews from start to finish, owning safety, quality, and productivity on each project. You will coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure installations reflect our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Responsibilities include leading a local market crew, planning materials, assigning duties, and maintaining timelines. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in confined spaces are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assigns duties to crew based on time, tools, and workflow.
• Installs products with support from a national team.
• Provides on-site training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Monitors progress to keep the project on time and on budget.
