You will coordinate daily operations, mentor crew members, and ensure every install reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes. Strong leadership and construction knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams on construction projects.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a crew.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Reviews specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assesses on-site conditions; assigns duties and plans work sequence.
• Installs products with support of national team; ensures quality and safety.
