Job summary

Burford’s Construction seeks a Foreman A to lead and manage vegetation and line clearance crews. You will train crews, ensure safety, coordinate work schedules, and maintain clear communication with customers about methods and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions on job sites. The candidate should have at least 2+ years in a leadership role, English proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crews and assign work to maximize productivity.
• Lead, train, and coach team members in pruning and safety practices.
• Communicate with customers about project methods and concerns.
• Inspect PPE, equipment, and vehicles for safe operation.
• Ensure crew compliance with safety rules and company policies.
• Readily join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Maintain records and complete required paperwork.
