Job summary

Burford’s Construction LLC seeks a Foreman A to lead field crews in vegetation management and electrical line clearance projects. You will supervise pruning operations (natural and directional), coordinate schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain clear communication with customers and team members.

The role requires proven leadership, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple crews across locations. CDL preferred and willingness to travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in field crew settings.
• English communication proficiency required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices and company policies.
• Schedule crews and assign work efficiently.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Lead, train, and coach team members in pruning and line clearance operations.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work; ensure adherence to directives.
• Communicate with customers about work practices and obtain concurrence.
