Qualifications

• Experience coordinating crews and schedules in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices following company policies and procedures.
• Efficiently schedule crews and assign their work.
• Lead, train, and coach team members on pruning techniques.
• Readily join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Coordinate and inspect the work of crew members.
• Maintain records and complete company paperwork.
