Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Trade Foreman 2 to support routine and non-routine construction activities on advanced facilities projects. The role includes supervising a crew, reading plans, coordinating safety, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will mentor team members and work within Lean-driven processes to optimize production. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in commercial construction, and a preferred technical degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years commercial construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Learns and actively participates in safety culture and injury prevention.
• Works with tools to complete assigned tasks on a project.
• Tracks and reports units and labor hours, including timecards.
• Maintains tools and equipment to support production.
• Leads and monitors safety and security procedures on site.
• Reads and understands plans, specs, and drawings.
• Coordinates inspections and punch lists.
• Coordinates subcontractor crews and larger teams as needed.
• Creates crew size plans to meet production goals.
• Monitors productivity and reports progress.
