Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Trade Foreman 2 to support construction activities on industrial and manufacturing projects. You will supervise a crew, ensure work is performed efficiently, and align with JE Dunn’s safety culture and Lean practices.

Responsibilities include leading crews, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining quality standards while reading plans and guiding junior team members toward project goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/ vocational degree preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 2+ years of field supervision experience.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong safety and Lean principles knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew on routine and non-routine projects.
• Maintain crew production goals and adjust crew size.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage material deliveries.
• Ensure safety practices and quality standards are followed.
• Read plans and coordinate other trades on the scope of work.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge on the jobsite.
