Qualifications

• Must understand safety culture and maintain injury-free environment.
• Proficient in reading plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Experience coordinating crews and supervising trades on commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew to meet production goals.
• Coordinate delivery of supplies and manage subcontractor crews.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety procedures on site.
• Document activities and hours; track labor and production metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other trades for work scope.
• Support Lean practices on the jobsite and participate in safety talks.
