Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Council Bluffs, IA, is seeking a Trade Foreman 2 to lead field activities on routine and non-routine projects within our Advanced Facilities group. You will supervise crews, ensure safe, efficient work, and align with project plans, schedules, and lean practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, tracking labor hours, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality. You will mentor team members, participate in safety programs, and help deliver data center,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading crews on commercial construction projects is valued.
• Ability to read plans, specs and drawings to guide field work.

Responsibilities

• Manages a crew on routine and non-routine projects.
• Ensures safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Tracks labor hours and completes timecards.
• Maintains tools and equipment to support production.
• Coordinates subcontractor work and material deliveries.
• Leads safety and production goal achievement.
• Reads plans and coordinates with other trades.
• Assists with punch lists and quality control.
