Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks a Trade Foreman 2 to support routine and non-routine projects, leading a crew and ensuring work is performed efficiently. The role aligns with the company’s safety culture and Lean practices on data center, industrial, and manufacturing projects.

You will read plans, manage tasks, and collaborate with subcontractors while driving production goals and quality on-site. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years field supervision experience.
• 3+ years commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew on assigned trade activities and supervise tasks.
• Monitor safety and enforce procedures on site.
• Coordinate materials and supplier deliveries to the jobsite.
• Track units and labor hours; complete timecards.
• Read and interpret plans and drawings to support production goals.
