Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Trade Foreman 2 to support routine and non-routine construction activities, supervising a crew and ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently. This role aligns with our safety culture and quality standards.

You’ll read plans and specs, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor production goals, and apply Lean principles on site while advancing your career with a leading national contractor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 2+ years of field supervision experience.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew to meet production goals.
• Read and interpret plans and specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure safety procedures and toolbox talks are followed.
• Document activity, labor hours, and punch lists.
