Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant under the supervision of the FO&B Leader. You will assist with front-of-house duties including the host stand, POS operations, and dining room oversight.

You will lead a team, train staff, ensure Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards, manage inventory, and support responsible beverage service where applicable. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and collaboration with FOH and Culinary teams to deliver a premier

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum two years of food & beverage experience is required.
Minimum two years of customer service experience is preferred.
Previous leadership training/experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a memorable guest experience by providing exceptional service and upholding Yaamava’ Brand Service Standards.
Address guest inquiries and escalate to leadership as needed; coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
Ensure side work, maintain cleanliness of dining areas and front desk.
Maintain stock and inventory; assist with ordering; audit cash transactions and complete shift reports.
Train and mentor team members; develop strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Assist hosting duties, seating rotation, bar setup where applicable.
Perform other duties to support department operations.
