Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant to mentor FOH staff, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and support service across host stands, POS, and dining rooms.

Role requires leadership, strong customer service, and cash handling skills; familiarity with YAAMAVA Brand Service Standards is a plus. Prior FOH and beverage experience preferred. Position may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays within the casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of food & beverage experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership training/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience by delivering exceptional service at all times.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Oversee side work, maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and front desk.
• Manage stock and inventory; audit cash register transactions and complete shift reports.
