Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Lead Fleet Operations Technician to lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians focused on maintaining fleet vehicles, complex repairs, and cross-team collaboration.

You will perform diagnostic work with OEM tools, oversee daily site workload planning, and drive quality service while ensuring safety and documentation standards are met. In-office presence is expected 3+ days weekly in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of OEM technician experience.
• 4+ years of diesel engine experience.
• 4+ years of diagnostic skills.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of skilled technicians.
• Support site-based team with can-do attitude.
• Work with Vehicle Ops, Software, and Hardware on diagnostics and revisions.
• Perform routine OEM maintenance and complex repairs.
• Document findings through processes and systems.
• Establish daily workload planning and prioritization.
