Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of OEM technician experience.
• Diesel engine experience recommended.
• Proficient in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Safety-conscious with shop etiquette and communication across teams.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of technicians and drive a high-performance environment.
• Support and guide site-based team with a can-do attitude.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Operations, Software and Hardware for diagnostics and testing.
• Perform routine OEM maintenance and complex mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Document findings through processes and systems.
• Take ownership and escalate data or findings as needed.
• Deliver quality service and repair work cross-functionally.
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace and plan daily workloads.
• Balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude with tools and testing procedures.
• Develop new testing methods to address current problems.
• Provide feedback and contribute to workshop standards and processes.
