Qualifications

• At least 3–6 years OEM Technician experience.
• Solid diagnostics chops and ability to read and interpret manuals.
• Experience using OEM diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Safety-minded with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work day or night shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with Vehicle Operations, Software, and Hardware on diagnostics and upgrades.
• Perform routine OEM maintenance and complex mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Document findings clearly in processes and systems.
• Prioritize tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate across teams.
• Provide feedback to improve workshop standards and procedures.
