LA FLEET CARE in Sun Valley, CA, is seeking a Level 1 expert diesel technician to join a team that values honesty, integrity, professionalism, teamwork and support in a clean, hardworking environment.

The role focuses on complex diagnostics, electrical tests, and advanced repairs on a variety of makes; you will mentor others, meet repair times, and have opportunities for advancement with a competitive 36-50 USD per hour and an on-site schedule.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with computer diagnostics for multiple programs (Insite, JPro, IDSS, among others)
Expert level electrical diagnostic skills including testing and reading wiring diagrams
Experience with advanced repairs such as liftgates, hydraulics, trailers, and welding

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair diesel truck systems with focus on electrical and diagnostic work
Lead and coach junior technicians to meet repair standards
Ensure repairs meet safety and quality guidelines while maintaining productivity
Troubleshoot complex issues and coach others on best practices
Meet or beat anticipated repair times and document work clearly
