Job summary

solidcore in Denver is seeking a Head Coach who will lead the studio’s coaching team, delivering a best-in-class experience and coaching an average of ten classes per week. You will role model all coach qualities and support new coach trainings with in-studio guidance.

This role requires weekend flexibility, the ability to lift 30 pounds, and proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office. You will drive community outreach, maintain studio standards, and help grow client relationships while upholding

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio’s coach team and maintain a full schedule of 10+ classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and deliver feedback.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio and individuals.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations and coach trainings.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and partnerships.
• Maintain product knowledge for class packages, promotions, and apparel.
