[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach who can drive a best-in-class fitness and client experience. You will coach about 10 classes weekly, set coaching standards, and mentor other coaches while supporting studio operations and local community outreach.

The ideal candidate brings 1-2 years of group fitness experience, strong leadership, and excellent client relations. The role demands flexible hours, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the [solidcore] community.
• Reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the studio, maintaining a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Provide coach development and feedback to the team.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with [solidcore] standards.
• Manage outreach to scout new clients and build community partnerships.
