Job summary

solidcore is hiring a Head Coach in Lexington, KY to lead the studio team and deliver our high-energy 50-minute workouts. You will coach an average of ten classes per week and drive the guest experience, retention, and community relationships while modeling our brand and standards.

This is a full-time exempt role requiring weekend and holiday availability. You will also support new coach trainings, provide feedback, and help manage studio operations, inventory, and retail knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift / carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and MS Office (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead studio as head coach with a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide feedback.
• Deliver exceptional fitness and customer service aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization & retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Assist with day-to-day operations as directed by the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships to grow client base.
