Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach in Boulder who embraces our high-energy, community-driven fitness experience. You will lead as the studio's lead coach, coaching an average of 10 classes per week, while modeling the brand and delivering best-in-class customer service and fitness guidance.

You will develop and mentor a team of coaches, provide regular feedback, assist with new coach trainings, and support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Permanent, exempt, full-time position with 40 hours per week (including classes coached).
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends & holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G‑Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the studio’s lead coach with a full schedule of 10+ classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide development feedback.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day studio operations and outreach to grow client partnerships.
