Job summary

[solidcore] in Boulder is hiring a Head Coach who will lead the studio's coaching team, delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience while coaching an average of ten classes per week. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will set standards for other coaches, drive outreach to recruit clients, provide ongoing development through feedback, and help with daily operations.

• 1-2 years group fitness experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach for the studio with a 10+ class/week schedule.
• Set expectations and serve as a model for other coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet studio utilization and retention goals.
• Assist with day-to-day operations under the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach to scout new clients and build partnerships.
• Provide coach development and training support with in-studio presence.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail and promotions.
