You will set up and run filler machines and HMIs/PLCs, perform routine checks, maintain sanitation logs, and document results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and/or 2 years work experience in manufacturing.
• Comprehend basic math including weights and measures.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling and troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Teach and guide lower-level operators; oversee filling and packing per work orders.
• Enforce GMP, SOP, and safety policies.
• Train new operators and coordinate onboarding.
• Perform fill volume checks and adjust as needed.
• Monitor product quality and equipment performance; document records.
• Assist with minor machine maintenance.
