Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment.
• Analytical and decision–making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Move juice from run tank to filler and maintain temperature control charts.
• Operate filler equipment efficiently to optimize production line run time.
• Monitor bottle flow, clear jams, and alert maintenance of malfunctions.
• Retrieve caps and fill cap hopper.
• Adjust filler speed to ensure proper workflow across the line.
• Perform changeovers on packaging equipment and ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct product quality checks and sample at start of run.
• Record changes and monitor pasteurizer and fill-tank temperatures.
