Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Filler Operator to operate filling and packing equipment for beverages, following GMPs and safety protocols. You will help maintain product quality, document weights and downtime, and support sanitation and preventive maintenance in a clean, organized production area.

The role requires the ability to read work orders, perform basic math, and communicate in English. High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years manufacturing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow SOPs and WO instructions.
• Ability to perform basic weights and measures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor filler machines and related equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and WO instructions.
• Process work orders accurately and on time according to the daily production schedule.
• Support CIP, SIP, and manual cleaning of equipment components as needed.
• Document production details including weights, downtime, and sanitation records.
