Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Field Technician III to lead field crews, execute advanced testing and maintenance, and troubleshoot complex substation equipment. You will support commissioning activities and ensure safety compliance across jobs.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry, a relevant Electrical/Electronic technology background, and NETA III certification preferred. Expect travel for assignments and a strong focus on technical leadership in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, or Military experience preferred.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA III Certified or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team safety briefings and enforce PPE usage.
• Perform advanced testing and maintenance of high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical/control system issues using schematics and diagrams.
• Direct repair, replacement, and maintenance to restore equipment functionality.
• Support installation, commissioning, and functional testing activities.
