The role emphasizes safety, technical leadership, and collaboration with engineers and project teams during commissioning and field operations. Candidates should have 5+ years in the industry and NETA III certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and coordinate daily activities with engineers and project managers.
• Perform advanced testing and maintenance of substations and switchgear.
• Mentor junior technicians and support commissioning activities.
