Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews in testing, commissioning, and maintenance across high, medium, and low voltage systems. This role interfaces with customers, engineers, and project managers to ensure safe, efficient field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• NETA III certification; NETA IV certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical apparatus.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting testing, maintenance, and system performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Field Technician teams.
• Represent the company in the field with professional conduct and high-quality work.
