Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Operate and supervise excavation and construction equipment as needed.
• Coordinate site safety and security, and maintain records.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating crew members.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Interface with customers and inspectors regularly.
• Ensure quality, safety, and workmanship across tasks.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and daily work direction.
