Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to manage two to four crews, coordinate pre-construction meetings, and maintain safety and production records. You will communicate with customers and inspectors and ensure adherence to safety policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site supervision, and collaboration with the Superintendent to deliver projects on time and within safety guidelines. Hybrid work model in Tucson, AZ may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecommunications or utility construction teams.
• Proven leadership experience guiding employees to produce high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and lead crews in meeting daily production goals and maintain production records.
• Coordinate with direct manager to invoice jobs on time per policy and area goals.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies (OSHA, DOT) for each crew.
• Conduct safety meetings with assigned crews and participate in training.
• Investigate accidents and lead with the Superintendent as needed.
