Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Prescott, AZ. You will lead crews of 2-8, oversee safety, quality and production, coordinate with customers and inspectors, and ensure deadlines are met.

Ideal candidate has experience in trenching, aerial, drilling, and conduit work, able to read blueprints, operate related equipment, and train crew members while upholding OSHA/DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screens.
• May require overtime, weekend work, travel, and training attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews (2–8 employees) to meet project timelines and safety standards.
• Direct excavation, trenching, conduit, aerial, drilling and asphalt work.
• Read blueprints and communicate with customers, inspectors and supervisors.
• Maintain safety records, daily reports, and job cost documentation.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and site coordination.
