Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required.
• 7 years of field engineering/construction management experience required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred and must be obtained within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of field personnel to achieve high performance.
• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality per specs.
• Coordinate with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulations.
• Review daily field documentation and incident records for accurate reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
