Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Superintendent III to lead and direct field construction on complex Life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing projects. You will manage subcontractors, trade partners, field engineers, and craft personnel while driving schedule performance, quality, and safety compliance.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Design Managers, and Owners to ensure successful project execution, mentoring junior staff and promoting Lean practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Experience leading field activities on complex industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all field construction activities safely and on schedule.
• Lead complex scopes with limited oversight.
• Coordinate subcontractors, partners, craft personnel, and field staff.
• Develop sequencing, work plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Champion safety culture and compliance.
• Drive quality through inspections and issue resolution.
• Monitor productivity and field performance.
• Resolve constructability and coordination challenges.
• Coordinate with PMs, Design Managers, Engineers, Owners.
• Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and closeout.
• Use PM and field tech platforms to document progress.
• Review drawings and docs for field compliance.
• Mentor junior field leadership.
• Maintain client and partner relationships.
• Promote Lean and continuous improvement.
