Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead execution of complex industrial and life sciences facilities. You will drive field coordination with superintendents, trade partners, design teams, project controls to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent construction project management experience
• Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience, preferably on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, or other technically complex facility projects
• Demonstratedexperience managing field construction execution, subcontractor coordination, project schedule, budget, change management, and client-facing project communication

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout whilemaintainingalignment with projectobjectives, contract requirements, CRB standards, and client expectations
• Drive site-level coordination with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, and commissioning teams
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction documentation, risk items, and project reporting
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring construction activities are planned and executed with safety, quality, and operational discipline at the forefront
• Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, including performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and alignment to project milestones
• Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader,maintainingclear communication, building trust, and creating a project experience that supports long-term client relationships
• Coordinate closely with CRB’s integrated design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, manage field changes, and support efficient project delivery
• Maintainaccountability for project financial performance, including cost forecasting, change management, schedule impacts, andtimelyescalation of risks or constraints
