Job summary

CRB is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee all phases of complex construction projects in the Chicago area. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts, and act as the primary liaison between CRB, clients, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include ensuring GMP/compliance, mitigating risks, and driving on-time, on-budget delivery for life sciences or food & beverage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in life sciences or food & beverage.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project).
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in regulated environments.
• Act as primary liaison between CRB, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving.
