Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible construction leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading large project teams and field operations on complex construction projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $30M in construction value.
• Prior responsibility for project financial performance, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Design-Build, EPCM, or Integrated Project Delivery experience preferred.
• Life sciences, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or mission critical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of field operations for assigned project(s), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Lead and develop Construction Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to drive consistent project execution.
• Partner with Project Directors and Operations Leadership to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement recovery plans when necessary.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, material management, site logistics, and construction execution strategies.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including forecasting, budgets, and profitability.
• Serve as primary client-facing construction leader, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, estimating, and execution planning activities.
• Promote continuous improvement through implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and operational efficiencies.
• Support business development, proposal efforts, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage large-scale projects or programs with construction values typically exceeding $50-75 million
