Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the execution of complex industrial projects. You will drive field coordination, manage safety, budgets, schedules, changes, and client communications, coordinating with superintendents, trade partners, and design teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience on technically complex facilities and a proven ability to lead in field environments with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, Arch, or related field or equivalent PM experience
• Minimum of five years PM experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, or food & beverage projects
• Experience managing field construction execution and client-facing project communication

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover, and closeout while maintaining alignment with objectives and CRB standards
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, and commissioning teams
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction documentation, risk items, and reporting
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across construction activities
• Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, performance management, and milestone alignment
• Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication and trusted relationships
• Coordinate with CRB design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues and support efficient delivery
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance including cost forecasting and escalation of risks
