Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Field Operations Manager to lead construction field operations across complex projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost, staffing and client satisfaction.

You will mentor Construction Managers and Superintendents, coordinate with Project Directors, manage forecasting and profitability, support preconstruction and business development, and oversee programs typically exceeding $50-75 million in value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible construction leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading large project teams and field operations on complex construction projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $30M in construction value.
• Prior responsibility for project financial performance, forecasting, and P&L management
• Design-Build, EPCM, or Integrated Project Delivery experience preferred.
• Life sciences, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or mission critical construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of field operations for assigned project(s), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Lead and develop Construction Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to drive consistent project execution.
• Partner with Project Directors and Operations Leadership to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement recovery plans when necessary.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, material management, site logistics, and construction execution strategies.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including forecasting, change management, budgets, and profitability.
• Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, estimating efforts, and execution planning activities.
• Promote continuous improvement through implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and operational efficiencies.
• Support business development, proposal efforts, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage large-scale projects or programs with construction values typically exceeding $50-75 million
