Job summary

K Group Companies is seeking a Field Service Technician Level II to serve clients in Blaine, Minnesota. The role builds on Level I duties and adds leadership, advanced device configuration, system commissioning, and customer training to ensure high installation quality and satisfaction.

You will mentor Level 1 installers, coordinate with Project Delivery Coordinators, and work with nurse call, card access, and video surveillance systems. Travel and flexible duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a construction trades environment.
• Advanced knowledge of electricity (high/low voltage).
• Basic telecommunication knowledge (TCP/IP, networking, VoIP).
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Team management/supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Level I installer duties following documented standards.
• Lead project and service tickets with timely updates.
• Oversee task scopes and deliver results.
• Mentor Level 1 installers and foster teamwork.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery Coordinators and customers.
• Perform FAT and system commissioning using required procedures.
