Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician. This remote role is based from a home office with daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays. A company vehicle is provided for travel.

You will support on-site emergency repairs, start-up services and preventative maintenance for UPS, batteries, and power distribution solutions, ensuring peak performance and uptime across demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Two years of power systems, battery technologies or electronics experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Must meet driver’s license requirements and pass related checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support with emergency repairs, start-up services and preventative maintenance.
• Travel daily to customer sites with a company vehicle provided.
• Support customers across multiple sites and regions as needed.
• Participate in safety trainings and maintain compliance with OSHA/NFPA 70E standards.
• Collaborate with field service teams and on-site leads to deliver uptime.
