Job summary
Honeywell Building Technologies seeks a Lead Field Service Technician in the United States to lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BAS and Fire Alarm systems. You will provide technical leadership to field teams, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications
- 5+ years installing, commissioning, and servicing BAS/Fire Alarm systems.
- 5+ years diagnosing complex controls, software, hardware, and network issues.
- 5+ years leading field service projects or technical teams.
- 5+ years testing, inspections, preventive maintenance, and commissioning.
- 5+ years interpreting drawings, schematics, specifications, and codes.
- Strong knowledge of BAS and NFPA standards.
- Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain BAS and Fire Alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot complex on-site and remote issues.
- Lead service projects and mentor field technicians.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Document testing, inspections, and maintenance records.
- Ensure NFPA codes and safety standards compliance.
- Train customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Drive service improvements and best practices.
