Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to head installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems. You will guide field teams, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving service excellence.

The role requires NICET 3 certification and at least five years of field service/technical support expertise, including AutoCAD and diagnostic tools.

Formación

• NICET 3 Certification.
• 5 years of programming experience with Verifier or similar software.
• 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• 5 years of experience utilizing diagnostic tools and service management software.
• 2 years of experience with AutoCAD, including creation/revision of drawings.
• 2 years reading and interpreting technical drawings, specs, and design documents.
• 2 years coordinating drawing updates and maintaining as-built documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform complex field service tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell products and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards during all field service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Document service activities accurately and report on service performance metrics.
