- Minimum 5 years of proven field service engineering experience focusing on complex technical solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of strong knowledge in Building Automation technologies.
- 3 years experience in project management and execution.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.
- Provide technical support for Building Automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians.
