Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Industrial Compressors & Controls team, based in Pomona, CA, with hybrid work and up to 50% travel across California and Arizona. Lead PAC field technicians delivering installation, maintenance, and repair of centrifugal air systems, while building the next generation of regional service leadership.

You will recruit, coach, and develop technicians, handle complex troubleshooting, and ensure safe, compliant operations with factory support

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in supervising or managing teams.
• Experience in industrial settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, coach, train, and develop the service team.
• Coordinate with service to optimize technician utilization and scheduling.
• Collaborate with sales to support service agreements and growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely invoicing, manage budgets, and improve service processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with SOX controls.
