Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Industrial Compressors & Controls group in Pomona, California. You will lead a PAC Field Service team across California and Arizona, focusing on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing centrifugal compressed air systems.

You will recruit, coach, and develop technicians, partnering with sales and service coordination to grow service business and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• 5+ years' experience in an industrial sales business setting.
• 3+ years' experience in supervising / managing teams of people.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, coach, train, develop, and retain all service employees; drive continuous improvement in performance and training.
• Coordinate with service coordination to balance emergency repairs, maintenance contracts, and installations.
• Collaborate with sales to discuss service agreements and drive new service business.
• Ensure timely invoicing, manage budgets, and improve service processes for customer satisfaction.
• Manage service team inventory and ensure SOX compliance through reporting and cycle counts.
• Provide EH&S training and enforce safe work habits for field and shop environments.
• Other duties as assigned to support service operations and customer satisfaction.
