Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product experience in solar/electronics/tech
• Experience in residential/commercial construction
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proven track record in people management
• Hands-on experience with power electronics or electrical systems
• Proven ability to manage time-bound projects
• Problem-solving mindset with a solutions focus
• Highly organized with clear scheduling and reporting
• Ability to translate technical info for non-experts
• Desire to build strong partner relationships
• Accountable with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Travel to visit partners and sites within the territory
• Provide technical training, installation and design support, and troubleshooting
• Resolve technical cases using all available tools
• Answer calls and emails from partners and guide the team
• Perform construction-related project management duties
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Maintain relationships with R&D for product knowledge
• Use Salesforce and other tools to document activity and track issues
• Manage team members and oversee staffing/resources
• Balance direct tasks with the work of direct reports
• Support proactive, high-quality customer service
