Northeast Power Dry is seeking an experienced Operations Field Manager to lead mitigation operations and build high-performing teams. This hands-on role requires managing field crews, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering exceptional customer service during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years of management experience in construction, restoration, or related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and exceed customer expectations.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is maintained and available.
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Provide operational support during emergencies, including after-hours as needed.
• Monitor job costing, resource allocation, and operational performance.
