Northeast Power Dry in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Operations Field Manager to lead our mitigation operations. You will supervise technicians responding to water or mold damage, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years of management experience in construction, restoration, or a related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource management.
• OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to coordinate staffing, equipment, and project resources.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is properly maintained and available.
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide operational support during emergency situations, including after‑hours response when needed.
• Monitor job costing, resource allocation, and operational performance.
