Job summary

Power Dry in Columbus, OH is seeking an Operations Field Manager - Restoration to supervise a field crew of technicians responding to water and mold damage. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensure safety compliance, and maintain excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years of management experience in construction, restoration, or related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage customer complaints and service issues to provide positive resolutions.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is maintained and available.
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and safety standards are followed.
